- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe container. In a small bowl, whisk butter together with sugar until smooth.
- In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix with spatula to form a soft dough. Stir in chocolate chips with a large spoon.
- Chill dough in the fridge.
- Remove dough from fridge and pre-heat oven. Line pans with parchment paper so cookies don't stick. Use a spoon to scoop up the dough into small balls.
