This list of dairy-free and soy-free fruit snacks can save you time finding your kids safe, allergy-friendly treats they'll enjoy as part of their school lunch or for when they're lounging around the house.
Make sure to review ingredient labels before consuming as ingredients can always change.
Safe Fruit Snacks
Annie's (all fruit snacks)
There's a lot to like about Annie's with their focus on organic ingredients. As of September 2026, they have 20 different fruit snacks available ranging from peel-a-part to fruit tape to the classic animal shaped treats called Nature Pals. We have only personally verified the different Nature Pals flavors, but rest assured all of their fruit snacks are very allergy-friendly. Highly recommend.
Black Forest (organic fruit snacks only)
The Black Forest website has a statement claiming, as of early 2026, the company is invested in providing organic fruit snack options. This entry links to their seven USDA Certified Organic fruit snacks ranging from fruit strips to classic gummies to juicy bursts. We've personally tried the Organic Gummy Forest Friends in a few different flavors and they're good!
Note: Many of Black Forest's other products (fruit strips and fruit snacks) are free from many of the most common allergens, but not all are free from all allergens.
I was unable to verify if Black Forest uses facilities with equipment that also processes foods containing dairy, soy or nuts and wish that this was made clearer on their website.
Noka Organics (smoothies)
Noka makes what they call superfoods that are organic, nutrient-rich and good for your brain too. They have a long list of shelf-stable smoothies, meaning they do not need to be refrigerated before consumption (although you can). My son's favorite flavor is Strawberry Banana, by a long shot. You can also see our review of Noka smoothies.
Note: Their Mango Coconut smoothie contains coconut. Noka also offers a line of products containing nut-butter. We are also nut-free (peanut and tree nut) in this house, so we have only tried the fruit-based smoothies, not any of the product containing nut-butter.
Welch's® (fruit snacks, Fusions, Juicefuls and Absolute Fruitfuls)
A tip of the hat goes to Welch's for clearly stating at the top of their FAQ page (linked above) that all of the products in their fruit snacks, Fusions, Juicefuls and Absolute Fruitfuls products are all free from the top-9 allergens (includes dairy-free and soy-free). We've personally tried the classic fruit snacks. I actually just ate a couple packets of them at a work conference recently.
Even better, they clearly state that these products are all made in allergy-friendly facilities. This is the type of information all CPG companies should lead with in their FAQ pages.
