Trader Joe's has lots of sweet soy and dairy-free snacks and this one really checks quite a few boxes since it's also gluten-free and vegan. This is made with coconut milk and tastes just like any other chocolate ice cream I've had. We use this as the main ingredient in our ice cream smash cake that uses just three Trader Joe's ingredients that are all completely dairy-free and soy-free.
