- Preheat the oven. Grease donut pan with allergy-friendly spray.
- Melt butter and add to small mixing bowl. Add remaining wet ingredients and whisk until blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and whisk everything together.
- Add batter to plastic bag with corner cut (or pastry bag) and squeeze in circles around donut cavities.
- Sift powdered sugar over donuts and enjoy!

You can substitute oil for butter.
