Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
Wet Ingredients
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Milk (dairy-free, soy-free)
  • Butter (dairy-free, soy-free)
Topping
  • Powdered Sugar sifted

Equipment

  • Conventional Oven
  • 1 Donut Pan
  • 2 Mixing Bowls
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Large Plastic Bag with corner cut
  • 1 Sifter
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Measuring Cups

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven. Grease donut pan with allergy-friendly spray.
  2. Melt butter and add to small mixing bowl. Add remaining wet ingredients and whisk until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and whisk everything together.
  4. Add batter to plastic bag with corner cut (or pastry bag) and squeeze in circles around donut cavities.
  5. Sift powdered sugar over donuts and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute oil for butter.
