Loaded Baked Potatoes (Dairy-Free, Soy-Free)

Hearty, salty oven-baked potatoes with bacon and the works!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole Potatoes
  • 1 package Bacon
  • 3-5 Scallions
  • 1 tub Butter
  • 1 tub Sour Cream
  • 1 bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Equipment

  • Conventional Oven
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Sheet Parchment Paper
  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 3 Small Bowls For toppings

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven. Wash potatoes
  2. Dice scallions and add to small bowl. Add a handful of cheese shreds to another bowl.
  3. Add safe dairy-free and soy-free butter, cheese and sour cream and serve.
