Gnocchi Salad With Tomatoes, Basil and Red Onion (Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free)

  • 1 12 oz. bag Gnocchi
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 1-1 ½ lbs Tomatoes
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 tbps Basil

Method
 

  1. Heat the skillet on medium-high with olive oil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they're crispy brown all over, stirring often.
  2. Add basil and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
