Stacked Waffles With Peaches and Coconut Whipped Cream (Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Egg-Free, Egg-Free)

Ingredients
  

  • Waffle Mix
  • Peaches
  • Maple Syrup
  • Whipped Coconut Cream
  • Cup Oat Milk Use more for thinner batter
  • tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Cinnamon

Equipment

  • Waffle Iron
  • 1 Large Skillet
  • 2 Mixing Bowls
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Cutting Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Measuring Cups

Method
 

  1. Combine ingredients and stir together until batter is smooth. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. After waffle iron is heated, cover generously with avocado oil spray. Pour batter over the waffle iron and smooth with spatula and close lid to waffle iron.
  3. Add waffles to plate - add toppings and enjoy!

Notes

You can use water instead of Oatmilk if needed. I also recommend Pam Avocado Oil spray for the waffle iron as it's soy-free and most sprays contain soy.
