Finger Lickin' Pork Nachos (Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free)

  • Ground Pork
  • Corn Tortilla Chips
  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Lime Juice

Method
 

  1. Brown ground pork in skillet over medium-high and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Scoop pico de gallo, salsa, guac + sour cream on top and add additional toppings as desired.

Notes

We love Mi Niña chips for nacho night because they're not too big and not too salty with the right amount of crunch.
If you want your nachos a little less spicy, add a healthy pinch of cinnamon to the meat after it browns.
